Terms of Service

By inviting, configuring, or using Bash, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not invite, configure, access, or use Bash.

Bash is provided as a verified Discord moderation bot for community management, server utilities, moderation workflows, logging, and related administrative tasks. Verification reflects Discord’s bot verification process, but it does not make Discord responsible for how any server configures or uses Bash.

Server owners and authorized administrators are responsible for how Bash is configured, which permissions are granted, which staff members may use commands, and how moderation decisions are made. Bash is a tool for staff teams; final responsibility for enforcement actions remains with the server owner and moderation team.

You may not use Bash to harass users, collect unnecessary sensitive personal information, automate harmful activity, evade Discord restrictions, attack other communities, violate Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, or break applicable laws. Abuse may result in limited access, removal from servers, blocked features, or other protective action.

Bash may include commands for warnings, mutes, kicks, bans, purges, logging, role or channel utilities, server checks, configuration, and other moderation or quality-of-life features. Commands and features may change, be added, be limited, or be removed as Bash improves or as platform requirements change.

Bash is provided as-is and as-available. No guarantee is made that every command will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every server setup, or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, Discord platform changes, outages, abuse prevention, or security needs may affect availability.

You agree not to reverse engineer, exploit, overload, scrape, spam, or otherwise interfere with Bash, its infrastructure, support systems, or other users. You also agree not to misrepresent Bash, impersonate the bot owner, or claim endorsement beyond Bash’s verified bot status.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bash and its owner are not liable for indirect damages, lost data, moderation disputes, server member disputes, configuration mistakes, or consequences from staff actions taken through the bot. Server staff should review commands carefully before using them.

The bot owner may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Bash after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. If you no longer agree, remove Bash from your server and stop using its features.

For support, questions, appeals, data removal requests, or abuse reports, use the support server linked on the homepage. Some requests may require proof of ownership, administrative authority, or relevant context.
